THE RANGER TRAINING WORKOUT DVD
This is my signature military based, in home workout program. It's 45 minutes of military style workouts. The workout is done to Army cadence in a gym class, boot camp format. There is also a section where you get to do a modified version of the APFT. This is 2 minutes for push ups, 2 minutes for sit ups. No music, no flashy lights, no cheering crowds. Just you and the Sarge with his Jr. Rangers getting the work done. No special equipment needed. The only exception, the dumbbells used during the abdominal portion of the workout.
