Personal Training Session (in home)
Have the benefit of Sgt. Nate meeting you at your home or private gym, with management's approval, for an in person, personal training session. During each session, you can select from a number of disciplines, such as, strength training, basic self defense, circuit training and more. Each session is 45 minutes in duration.
