The Ranger Training Workout
This is our signature workout system. Sgt. Nate draws straight from his military training days and brings you one of the best full body workouts imaginable. Each workout will be held outside in down town Philadelphia's historic, Washington Square Park (7th and Walnut Streets). The series of classes run from July to October 2022. Workouts are held on Sat mornings at 9am. Each ticket purchase is good for one class. You can expect a lot of running, push ups, ab/core work, running, plyometrics, upper body-lower body, and did we mention running.
