Sgt. Nate's Workout Program Services

                     
                                              THE RANGER TRAINING WORKOUT
This is our signature workout system held outside at the Historic Philadelphia, Washington Square Park. The workouts are held every Saturday at 10am and run from, July to October. Expect to do an integrated workout consisting of predominantly body weight exercises, military style. Get ready for jumping jacks, burpees, running, lunges and more. Modification will be given where and when needed. All fitness levels are welcome.  To attend, you must purchase a ticket in advance from our website store. Each ticket is good for one class.
