The Ranger Training Workout Program is our military style fitness system. It's a series of callisthenic exercises set to a military flavor reminiscent of my time in basic training "boot camp". This program can be done inside your home or outside in the park. It's great for a friendly gathering of fitness competition, or if you want to challenge yourself individually. So, grab a mat, water, towel, a few friends, and some energy. And give it a go. Soldier on!!!
