  5. Why/why not? It was challenging and unfamiliar which made the workout great.
  6. What did you find most rewarding about this training program? Learning some new stretches to incorporate into my normal routine 
  7. What did you find least rewarding about this program? I don’t believe there was anything I didn’t find rewarding.

  5. Why/why not? It’s like having a personal trainer each time. The workouts are always different, workouts are intense but fun and a great opportunity to workout in your home or anywhere – just take your laptop, phone or ipad and you have your own trainer with you.
  6. What did you find most rewarding about this training program? One on one personal interaction and workout designed for you.
  7. What did you find least rewarding about this program? None. All fantastic!!

  3. Which program did you use, Live Remote Training/Monthly Workout Design? Monthly Workout Design.
  4. Would you recommend this program to your friends and family? Definitely!
  5. Why/why not? The workouts are easy to do on your own and are always challenging. It takes the pressure out of creating your own work. All you need to do it set the time aside and get to work! You get the benefit of a personal trainer without the expensive cost.
  6. What did you find most rewarding about this training program? The most rewarding part is finishing up the months workout and seeing the progress that you’ve made with each workout since the beginning of that month.
  7. What did you find least rewarding about this program? None. Great program!
