Having perfected his craft through 23 years of private and group fitness training, Sgt. Nate Griffin, founder of Sgt. Nate Fitness, knows that the ability to produce fitness results and motivate others to better themselves does not come overnight. The Sarge's dedication to fitness and healthy living started as a young student of martial arts. From there, he went on to join the US Army to become a Combat Medical Specialist and received additional training and certifications in the field of health and wellness.
During his time in military service, he came to understand the importance of camaraderie in motivating people to work harder along with learning the importance of fitness and how to achieve it. The result was the beginning of the former, Professional Touch Fitness, now renamed, Sgt. Nate Fitness. In short, what the Sarge learned was the importance of attention to detail, commitment, dedication and flexibility in working towards one's fitness goal.
