There is no special equipment required for the sessions. I will work with
what you have available and even recommend particular equipment if necessary.
2. Are considerations given for those with preexisting issues and past injuries?
If you are recovering from a recent injury or surgery. I will work with you and your
healthcare professional to design workouts around the area to help ensure a safe and
effective training experience.
3. What are the different workout options available for training?
Currently, you can choose from HIIT (tabata), Strength training (isolation movement, aka bro-lifting) kettlebells, TRX, plyometrics, athletic conditioning, calisthenics, t'ai chi, flexibility/mobility, and prehab/rehab conditioning.
4. How much space is needed for the workout sessions?
To be sure you'll have enough room to safely move about. Provide yourself with as much space as possible. A large room uncluttered with furnishing, is optimal. Plus, you will need to be able to provide enough space to position the camera for better monitoring for me to seeing and make adjustments.
