In Studio, Fitness Coaching
Hold your next private coaching session in our North Philadelphia fitness studio. There is a grassy knoll outside of the studio that can be used for more training space. Each session is only 30 minutes in duration and will be packed with mobility, balance, and stability work, as well as your specific focus of fitness. Theses sessions do not include nutritional support, only fitness training. So, if its athletic conditioning, strength, endurance, self defense, or physical therapy-rehabilitation support following injury or surgery; Sgt. Nate Fitness is ready to accommodate.
